Not at all! We have partnered up with a hyperlocal event agency Miltton Events who will coordinate and help you in creating the broadcast connections based on your ideas.
Your festival events main costs are the producing of the hyperlocal broadcast solution (the biggest one), venue rent and setup, communication and team costs. The exact budget of your event depends on the prices in your country but can be easily created with our guidelines. We will support you with fundraising all the way!
There are not any specific requirements. To be qualified, you just need to confirm you have the necessary competencies and motivation to organize the discussion event in your city and you have the necessary means to find financial support to organize it.
We expect you to organize one festival discussion (yourself or with any partner) and organize the discussion hub with at least 50 participants.
It is okay if your team changes. We ask you to find replacements and give over any information of the organizing process. Our festival team will help you onboard your new members as well.
We are currently in the process of finding partners all over Europe. Already partnered organisation involve wide variety of youth, student, democracy development, climate and other organisations.
