HEDF event:
European Day discussion
"How to tackle the climate crisis in cities"

A hyperlocal discussion in Tartu and Riga

In celebration of Europe Day we will bring together citizens from Estonia and Latvia to discuss how the cities we live in could face the upcoming challenges of climate change and how citizens can support sustainable change.

The experience of a hyperlocal discussion

Festival will introduce a new way for pan-European public debate – hyperlocal discussions. You will get to seamlessly exchange ideas, views and questions with people all over Europe without having to leave your home city with the feeling of a physical discussion.
